Invoice audit & contract compliance

Invoice audit software that flags what your contracts already say you shouldn't be paying.

Joya checks your invoices against your contracts, rate cards and quotes — and flags what doesn't match, before it costs you again next month.

"Every renewal season, the same job: line up the new contract next to last month's invoices, and find where the numbers stopped agreeing."

Two ways to run an invoice audit or contract compliance check.

Joya runs two kinds of analysis, depending on what you upload: checking what you're billed against what was agreed, or checking what changed between two points in time.

Billing Check

Invoice vs. contract

Upload an invoice, cost statement or account alongside the contract, rate card or quote it should match. Joya lines up each charge against what was agreed and flags where they diverge.

Terms Review

Version vs. version

Upload two to four versions of the same document over time — a contract at signing and at renewal, say — and Joya shows exactly what was added, removed or changed between them. Built for renewal season, not just invoicing.

01

Compare everything at once

Invoices, rate cards, service agreements, specification sheets, contract renewals — tag each document by type and Joya works out how they relate.

02

Nothing stored, terms remembered

Original files are processed and discarded. Only the extracted contract terms are kept — enough to flag automatically when a supplier's conditions change.

03

Three reports, one analysis

An internal log for your records, a formal letter for the supplier, and an executive summary for leadership — generated from the same data, in PDF or editable Word.

04

Built for what you already have

No integration required. Upload whatever export your systems already produce — Joya reads the content, not a fixed format.

Most invoice audit tools were built for a different problem.

01

No integration, no months of setup

Traditional audit platforms connect to your ERP, accounting system or supplier portals before they show any value — implementations often take months. Joya reads whatever export you already have. See results the same day.

02

Catches changes, not just errors

Most tools flag a wrong invoice once it's already been billed. Joya remembers your suppliers' contract terms over time and tells you the moment conditions change — before the next invoice repeats the mistake.

03

Nothing sensitive sits around

Many platforms store your contracts and invoices indefinitely on their servers. Joya processes documents and discards them — only the structured terms needed for future checks are kept.

04

Honest pricing, no investors to answer to

Most providers in this space require a sales call before they'll share a number, and answer to investors chasing growth targets. Joya is independently owned, with pricing published upfront — what you see is what you pay, not a figure shaped by someone else's return targets.

Pay as you go is priced per one-off check, so it doesn't carry contract history between visits — each check stands alone. Subscribing unlocks memory across checks, which is what powers automatic change alerts. Trial is a one-time offer for new customers: 30 checks over 30 days with contract memory included, so you can see how the subscription tiers behave before committing further. Starter, Growth and Enterprise are 12-month agreements, paid upfront in a single payment; early pilot customers signing an annual plan can ask about a launch discount. Your monthly allowance is really an annual pool spread over the term — a lighter month simply leaves more checks available later in the same 12-month period, they don't reset to zero. Need more than your plan covers in a given month? Additional checks are billed at £15 (Starter) or £10 (Growth) each — both lower than the £20 pay-as-you-go rate — or get in touch about upgrading your plan.

Upload contracts, invoices, rate cards and quotations. Automatic discrepancy detection with amounts, references and an internal, supplier and executive report.

Next

Budget discrepancy analysis

Beyond contract-versus-invoice checks: compare actual spend against budget, flag where you're over or under, and explain why — a rate change, a volume shift, a one-off charge.

Integrations to cut the clicks

Direct connections to the systems you already use, so documents reach Joya without manual upload — fewer steps between the data existing and the analysis running.

Questions, answered.

What's the difference between Billing Check and Terms Review?
Billing Check compares what you're billed against what was agreed — an invoice against a contract, rate card or quote. Terms Review compares two to four versions of the same document over time, so you can see exactly what changed at renewal. You can run either depending on what you upload.
Do you store our documents?
No. Original files are processed and then discarded. Only the structured terms Joya extracts — and that you've confirmed — are kept, so future checks can reference them.
Do I need to integrate Joya with our systems?
No integration is required. Upload whatever export your accounting, ERP or supplier system already produces — Joya reads the content directly, so you can see results the same day.
What happens after the Trial ends?
The Trial gives new customers 30 checks over 30 days, with contract memory included, at a one-time price. It doesn't renew automatically — once it ends, you can move to Pay as you go or one of the annual plans, whichever fits how often you check.
What file formats can I upload?
PDF, Word and Excel are all supported, up to 100 pages for PDFs and 15MB for Word or Excel files per analysis.
Can I cancel an annual plan early?
Starter, Growth and Enterprise are 12-month agreements paid upfront. If you need to end one early, get in touch — we ask for 60 days' notice.
